Message	Generally if the other party is guilty of something like this you are automatically right. Another example would be if they were caught without a license or nor registered. You can seriously claim the driver of the other vehicle was doing something crazy that caused you to rearend him and try and get a ruling of 100% in your favor due to him being drunk
